Return Policy 2025

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you return your tent, a 3% refund fee will be applied. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse, the address of which will be provided to you after your return has been approved.

Cancelled orders: Our website provider retains transaction fees for all cancelled and refunded orders. You will be charged a 3% cancellation fee for any cancelled order, which will be deducted from your refund.

An order cannot be canceled after it has left the distribution center in France.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase. ALL original accessories must be included in the roof tent, otherwise a fee will be charged for each missing item. Tax applies. A photo of the unopened box in its original condition is required. If damage occurs during return shipping, it will be the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned item, the tent, box, and accessories will be inspected.

To make a return, you can contact us at contact@gooverand.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. If you receive your tent in a visibly damaged box, take photos immediately and open the box in front of the driver to ensure that the tent is not damaged. The shipping company will refuse any claims for damage if the recipient signs and accepts the product as is.

Refund
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns over $200.

Exchanges: We only exchange merchandise if it is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
