What do I need to know about the height of my roof bars?
The distance between the top of your roof rack and the top of your roof must be at least 8 cm.
Will my roof bars support the tent?
The bars must support the weight of your folded Trek (when closed). The minimum weight is 38 kg.
How do I know if my roof bars will work?
Our mounting hardware is universal and should fit any rack/crossbar system. If you are unsure, please contact us.
My roof bars are thick, will they fit?
Our universal mounting hardware can accommodate crossbars up to 10 cm thick.
What should be the spacing between my roof bars?
To find the optimal distance, divide the length of your tent by 3 (if you have two crossbars). For example, if your Trek is 208 cm long and you have two crossbars, divide 208/3 = 70 cm should be the spacing.
